| World leading IT Company INTEL Corporation is looking for Network/Server Specialist in the Information Technology Group (designs and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications) in Nizhny Novgorod.
Responsibilities: To maintain a tracking system for usage evaluation; to maintain an inventory of all equipment, hardware, software and supplies. Troubleshooting, maintaining, and monitoring external and internal hard drives, printers, plotters and scanners. To be responsible for day to day hardware and software support, system hardware configuration, operating system installation, technology evaluations, lab support and other support-related tasks.
Qualifications: You should possess an advanced university-level technical degree or (equivalent) with 1 year of experience.
Skills: Deep technical knowledge in computing and communications including systems administration in UNIX*, Windows*, networking, NFS, NIS, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, engineering applications and programming. Experience with customer support. Experience working with vendors and suppliers would be an advantage. Strong operational and organizational skills. Ability to work across multiple organizations and geographies. Good decision making skills. Ability to make decisions in an ambiguous environment, to manage and deliver multiple tasks/projects on time. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good discipline. Good planning and project management skills. Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations and requirements. Ability and willingness to quickly learn new tasks and take on new responsibilities. Ability to work well in a team setting of IT professionals in a multi-site, multi-cultural Engineering Computing organization.
Languages: Russian – fluent. English – read/write/spoken technical not less then average level.
